Returns will be considered within 14 days from the arrival of your designs.

Shipping fees may apply.

The return of luxury items such as handbags will be restricted to a partial refund.

A 15% fee will be retained.

Your designs are always given full warranty against craftsmanship defect for six months from purchase.

However, there will be no warranty in place in cases of excessive wear. All items must be treated with care to avoid damage.

Items being considered for repair must be in good overall condition. Shipping fees may apply.
